Using our kilns to dry wood reduces the moisture in the wood extending its lifespan, hardening it for construction and packaging, reduces susceptibility to mould and fungal decay, eliminates water damage to goods and makes pallets lighter to be moved around easier.

Kiln temperature and drying cycle times need to be carefully monitored to ensure the wood treated to ISPM15 standards. The core temperature of the wood must reach a minimum of 56° for at least 30 minutes.
